Users are prompted with pop-up window “You are being moved in to the hearing now.” Previous versions prompted the user to click “Join Now” from pop up window, then navigate to their local MS Teams application or prompted to use MS Teams in browser. Transition into the Virtual Well (Courtroom) The Courtroom can also initiate chat with participants in the Virtual Gallery. Participant can chat/call/video with anyone logged into the courtroom’s Virtual Gallery.

LACC Release 2.0 introduces an enhanced interface with smoother transitions and heightened security when moving from the "Virtual Gallery" (the waiting area) to the "Virtual Well" (the courtroom).
